Title: Wind and Solar Rebate Program Now Available for Illinois Consumers!

TEUTOPOLIS, IL - The State of Illinois recently announced a new
rebate program for small-scale wind turbines from 1 to 100 kW and
solar photovoltaic (PV) installations. This new renewable energy
rebate program administed by the Department of Commerce and
Economic Opportunity is available to residential, businesses,
farms, schools, government facilties and non-profits. Private
business and homeowners qualify up to 30% rebate and public /
non-profit entities may qualify for a 50% rebate up to $50,000.
As a wind turbine and solar installer, Tick Tock Energy can
assist customers identify the appropriate technology, size
equipment, help develop and submit the rebate application, and
install the system start to finish. Craig Pals, Tick Tock's
co-founder states "our goal is to help customer reduce their
utility costs simply and easily. A key to success is having a

appropriately size the wind or solar system to most economically
meet your specific needs". In addition to the new State of Illinois
rebate program, federal tax credits, accelerated depreciation,
private grants and other incentives are often available.

The State's Renewable Energy Resources Solar and Wind Energy
Rebate Program is accepting applications up to April 30,
2010. Funding is limited and available on first-come
first-serve basis and other considerations. The program is
also limited to utilities and ratepayers that contribute via their
utility bill toward the Renewable Energy Resources and Coal
